Nick Cannon regrets being a father to 11 children
Nick Cannon, 42, breaks down in a recent episode of The Nick Cannon Show about a problem he’s experiencing with his children while raising them. The”Masked Singer” host is already the father of 11 children, with a 12th on the way.
Nick recently admitted that it can be challenging to balance his profession and spend quality time with each of his kids. Also, he believes that his personal and professional lives do not always coincide.
On Monday’s episode of The Checkup with Dr. David Agus, he revealed,
Being a father of multiple kids, it’s always the biggest guilt on me is that I don’t get to spend enough time with all my children. One ’cause I’m constantly working and two because I’m just spread thin.”

Similarly, the rapper joked about having to buy so many Christmas gifts for his extended family. He quipped,
“It’s almost the holidays, and thanks to me, the world now has 8 billion people, but my job’s not done. And based off the baby mama to kid ratio, we got a whole hell of a lot of gifts to buy.”
Nick gave a cryptic response when asked if he intended to have more kids
Although it appears that Cannon will never stop adding members to his family, the former talk show host revealed that he may be done for the time being.
Cannon and ex-wife Mariah Carey have 11-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe. He and Brittany Bell had three children together: Rise Messiah, 2 months; Powerful Queen, 23 months; and Golden “Sagon,” 3.
The TV host and Abby De La Rosa shared 18-month-old twin sons Zion and Zillion, as well as daughter Zeppelin. His other two children are Legendary Love, 5 months old, with Bre Tiesi, and Onyx Ince, 3 months old, with LaNisha Cole.
Nick lost one of his sons, Zen Scott, whom he shared with Alyssa Scott, who died of brain cancer at the age of five months in 2021. Further, he and Alyssa are expecting their second child together, which will be Nick’s 12th.
Nick was asked by Billboard at their R&B/Hip-Hop Power Players event in early November if he intended to have additional children. He simply replied,
” I don’t know, man. I have no idea. I think I’m good right now!”
