He had a previous relationship with Tanisha Asghedom with whom he has a daughter named Emani Asghedom.

Tanisha now has come out with accusations against the family of late Nipsey. She says that they have kicked her out of her apartment and do not allow her to meet her daughter, Emani.

Tanisha Asghedom and her claims against Nipsey Hussle’s family

Tanisha has a daughter with the slain businessman, rapper, and activist Nipsey Hussle. Her name is Emani and she is 10 now. The mother and daughter used to reside in an apartment, the rent for which Nipsey used to pay.

Over the past few weeks, Tanisha Asghedom (nee Foster) also called Chyna Hussle is doing court rounds to get custody of her daughter.

The sister of Nipsey, Samantha Smith, and his brother, Samiel Asghedom have put in their papers in court to get the custody of Emani. They have kept Emani with them and do not allow Tanisha to meet her.

Tanisha has put in her papers as well to get her daughter’s custody. She said that she had always co-parented her child. Samantha, Samiel, and their mother, Angelique Smith are seeking joint guardianship of Emani. But Tanisha is against it.

She said:

” I strongly oppose both of the petitions filed by Samantha Alexandria Smith, Samiel Asghedom, and Anglique Smith. I am the other of Emani Asghedom, and there is no good reason my rights as her mother should be taken away from me, or otherwise reduced as her mother.”

In May this year, a court granted the custody of Emani to Nipsey’s family. This could possibly be due to the past 2006-2007 arrest record of Tanisha. In 2017, she was found guilty of driving under the influence and a court case is on against her for it.

Tanisha Asghedom kicked out of her apartment

The ex of Nipsey, Tanisha has revealed that Nipsey’s family has kicked her out of the apartment in which she was staying. She said that Nipsey used to pay the rent of the house, but after his death, it stopped.

Tanisha revealed that Nipsey used to give her sufficient money which she used to use for the benefit of her daughter and herself. But after his death, this support also stopped.

Tanisha Asghedom and her poor living conditions

After Nipsey’s death, Tanisha is finding it hard to make ends meet. She is now dependent on others for her daily needs. She said:

“I had to depend on the goodwill of family and friends for my food, clothing, shelter, and transportation. Ermias had always provided for these needs up until his date of death.”

There are some who feel that Nipsey would not be happy with the way his family is treating Tanisha. He would never want his ex and baby mama to be living so poorly. If alive, he would never have wanted to separate Emani from her mother. This is wrong what is happening now?

People feel that the family of Nipsey is moving with a particular strategy in mind. They have taken away the apartment from Tanisha and also taken away her financial support.

By so doing, the family wants to show that Tanisha cannot take care of the financial means of daughter Emani. In this way, they can gain full and permanent custody of Emani.

But they also feel that Tanisha should try to be self-sufficient and show her ability to bring up Emani single-handedly. This will help her in regaining custody of her daughter.
