Porsha Williams ‘Can’t Get Past’ drama with Phaedra Parks, hasn’t spoken to her since Explosive Reunion
After that explosive RHOA reunion special finale, Porsha Williams is not ready to have many kinds of talks with Phaedra Parks.
In fact, during an interview with Dish Nation on Tuesday, May 9, the Bravo star said she doesn’t know if she’ll ever be ready to forgive her former friend for what she did.
Porsha opened up and stated everything about her feeling toward Phaedra
“Phaedra was like my bestfriend. Someone I talked to on the phone every single day,”
Williams said while reviewing their blowup.
“And for me to feel like she had betrayed me like that … And the fact that I was sitting right there and watched her continue to lie on me about it — that’s the part I can’t get past and I don’t know if I ever will. Right now I just can’t talk to her.
Adding,
“She has called. I can’t talk to her on the phone right now. I don’t know what else to say. Of course, I have a soft spot for Phaedra. [But] it’s where you don’t want to be manipulated anymore. I just don’t want to hear any more of it right now.”
Williams spoke that it’s all too fresh.
Meanwhile, Porsha says she has apologized to Kandi Burruss but isn’t looking forward to a friendship with her. She explained.
“I apologized [to Kandi] because I just hated to even play a part in it at all. I’m not throwing everything on Phaedra. I talked about some things. I said some things. Kandi said some things. So I apologized,”
“Am I looking for a friendship? No, not at all.”
Phaedra and Porsha’s relation getting worse
During the fourth and final part of the RHOA reunion, Sunday Phaedra confessed to being the source of the ‘date rape’ allegations leveled against Kandi Burruss and her husband Todd Tucker.
Reportedly, the attorney had been fired from RHOA and spread the lie claiming Kandi and Todd wanted to drug Porsha and seduce her.
‘You know my uncle passed a couple of weeks ago and she did text me and offer her condolences. That was it. Besides that I haven’t talked to her,’
Porsha said and added:
‘This whole situation has been so hard for me, so difficult. I love Phaedra. She was like my best friend. Someone I talked to on the phone every single day,’
‘So for me to feel like she had betrayed me like that. And the fact that I was sitting right there and watched her continue to lie on me about it. That’s the part I just can’t get past and I don’t know if I ever will. Right now I just can’t talk to her,’
Porsha has opened up that she hasn’t been receiving any calls from Phaedra since the reunion that was filmed in March. It would take some couple of times before the former best friends who embraced their ‘Frick and Frack’ nickname would talk again, Porsha indicated.
Porsha said:
‘I may get to the point where I’m strong to where I can talk to her and maybe we can work through it. Right now it’s still so new to me. I haven’t even talked to the other girls,’
After apologizing to Kandi during the reunion Porsha admitted that she wasn’t looking forward to restoring their friendship.
