Prince Harry might lose his right to live in the US
Prince Harry may find himself in trouble and more trouble and also lose his right to live in the US for speaking too honestly about his past drug use.
Experts claim that the former royal may get into hot water if he continues to open up about the secrets of his past life which would better be a secret.
Former federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani said,
“An admission of drug use is usually grounds for inadmissibility,”
“That means Prince Harry’s visa should have been denied or revoked because he admitted to using cocaine, mushrooms and other drugs.”
Rehmani as the president of West Coast Trial Lawyers also added that there is “no exception for royalty or recreational use.”
The youngest son of Prince Charles and the late Princess Diana revealed in his controversial memoir Spare, released in January that he drank heavily and used cocaine and smoked pot throughout his teenage life.
While the 38-year-old Prince said that he only used coke in his teenage years, he admitted to experimenting with psychedelics into his adulthood.
The Duke of Sussex said at the time,
“It was the cleaning of the windscreen, the removal of life’s filters — these layers of filters — it removed it all for me and brought me a sense of relaxation, relief, comfort, a lightness that I managed to hold back for a period of time,”
“I started doing it recreationally and then started to realize how good it was for me.”

Harry has no intention of getting a US citizenship
Meanwhile, famous celebrity attorney James Leonard disagrees with Rahmani that the Prince’s status in the US is at high risk.
The high-profile lawyer said,
”Absent any criminal charge related to drugs or alcohol or any finding by a judicial authority that Prince Harry is a habitual drug user, which he clearly is not, I don’t see any issue with the disclosures in his memoir regarding recreational experimentation with drugs,”
The New Jersey-based lawyer also added that non-US citizens who use drugs would be liable to give immigration officials a reason to launch an investigation into the person’s status.
However, the Duke has not opened up that he has ever struggled with serious drug issues or had to go to rehab for any such problems.
Harry moved to the US with his wife, Meghan Markle, and their son, Archie in early 2020 after leaving their roles as senior members that January.
The Times published an article at the time saying that the prince has no plans to seek permanent US residency citizenship or a green card.
Markle who was born a US citizen could sponsor her husband.
