Princess Catherine looks radiant during royal Christmas celebrations
Almost a year after Princess Catherine was diagnosed with cancer, she and Prince William attended Christmas Day church services. The couple arrived with their children this Wednesday morning.
The couple and their three children, Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6, looked happy at the annual event at the Church of St. Mary Magdalene in Norfolk, England.
The Princess of Wales, age 42, appeared noticeably glowing as she opened the doors to greet the royal fans outside of the service site. She even mused over minis as she received flowers from a few of the well-wishers.
Also joining her were William’s father, King Charles III, and Queen Camilla for merriment.
The date using this public appearance denotes one important mile-marker for the Princess as she now goes through this battle against cancer-it also seals an eventful year for the royals.
Catherine arrived at the Christmas day service wearing her favorite Alexander McQueen coat in a festive green color to be at St. Mary Magdalene church.
She accessorized with a Gina Foster beret, still green in shade, Gianvito Rossi knee-high suede boots, and a Grace Han purse ($2,975). The princess, 42, finished the look with a blue-green tartan scarf that tied her look well in with that of her family.
Sparkled in addition, adding glamor with a pair of topaz and diamond earrings by Robinson Pelham worth $7,675.

What did other members of the royal family wear?
Dapper husband Prince William wore a navy overcoat and blue tie and their three children wore shades of the same two colors.
He and his 11-year-old Prince George and youngest son, Prince Louis, who is just six all looked handsome. Princess Charlotte wore a very pretty blue plaid coat with a bow in her hair.
Well, that green memo was a family affair, with Middleton going in for a green coat and a green beret exactly like her. Camilla had summarized that again with a black Chanel purse.

As for the two young boys, Prince George, 11, and younger brother Prince Louis, 6, they matched in navy coats and near identical blue and green plaid ties. Princess Charlotte, 9, meanwhile wore an adorable blue plaid coat and a bow in her hair.
Camilla was not the only one to receive the memo that day. She also wore a green coat and beret that matched with Middleton. She also had a Chanel purse, black in color.
And, even Princess Beatrice, who seemed to have changed her mind at the last moment to be with her family during the holiday, was sporting the color. The pregnant royal opted for a mossy velvet headband to complete her look with the camel coat.
Princess Catherine’s cancer-free journey
A difficult year for the 42-year-old princess, with the last Christmas being the first time she was out in public after announcing in March that she had been diagnosed with cancer.
Catherine disappeared from public view for several months after having undergone surgery for her abdomen in January. She then started her chemotherapy treatment.
The princess made a declaration in September stating that she has accomplished her ‘incredibly tough’ journey and now declares herself cancer-free.
Despite having only made a handful of appearances in public during the course of 2024, however, her number of public appearances has increased significantly in recent weeks. In November, she also went to the Festival of Remembrance and then to Remembrance Sunday.
Catherine’s first royal duty since cancer
On 3 Dec, she resumed official royal duties as the family celebrated the arrival of Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani of Qatar on his royal visit.
A couple of days later the mother of three looked festive in a red coat and black bow to record her annual “Together at Christmas” carol service, which will air on Christmas Eve on ITV.
“Christmas is one of my favorite times of the year. It is time for gifts, tinsel, and mince pies. But it is also that time when one could slow down and ponder more deeply on what connects us all,” Middleton explained in a teaser for the show.
This holiday season will be spent, as usual, at the Sandringham Estate in Norfolk, with the royal family, including King Charles III and Queen Camilla but excluding Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
“We will have 45 of us for Christmas. It will not be quiet; it will be very noisy,” Prince William had shared earlier this month.
