Trooping the Colour marked the Queen’s history and relationship with the throne. The event kicked off four days of celebrations with the jubilee.
The Queen wore a coat and dress in a dusky dove-blue fabric of wool Charmelaine embellished with pearl and diamante trim around the neckline.

Who attended the Platinum Jubilee?
The first royals to arrive and wave at the cheering crowds were Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, Prince Louis, and Duchess Camilla.
Prince Edward, Sophie, Countess of Wessex, and their children, Viscount Severn, and Lady Louise Windsor also arrived waving at the crowd.
Prince Harry and Meghan also flew from America to attend the four days celebrations.
Other working royals were also in attendance on the balcony.
As soon as the Queen stepped onto the balcony, a big crowd greeted her with loud cheers and applause. The whole nation is celebrating her Platinum Jubilee which marks her 70th year on the throne. It made her the longest-reigning monarch in British history.
After the event, the Queen announced that she would no longer be attending the Thanksgiving Service at St. Paul’s Cathedral on Friday.
