Revealed: Caila Quinn’s opinions on the ‘Whaboom’ guy, Ben Higgins-Lauren Bushnell split and her beauty tips!

Caila Quinn’s take on Lucas Yancey and Rachel Lindsay’s relation
There are 31 contestants (bachelors) on the show ranging from 26 to 37 years of age. In the call-out order, Lucas Yancey from Woodside, California was the last.
He has listed his occupation as ‘Whaboom’ and no one seems to know the meaning of that word, not even the host Chris Harrison. Lucas sells T-shirts, is a real estate investor and developer, and claims to be an actor, writer, and producer.
But the first night revealed him to be an irritating and hyperactive person. He wore a tee with the word ‘Whaboom’ printed on it. Lucas would possibly turn out to be the most hated person on the show.
He appeared to be melodramatic and attention-seeking. Rachel Lindsay handed the rose last to this ‘Whaboom-er’. It was also noticed that Lucas Yancey did not mix well with the other contestants.
Caila Quinn had recently competed on season 20 of The Bachelor. She voiced her views about this season of The Bachelorette and said that the viewers might not have been able to see every single interaction that occurred between Rachel Lindsay and Lucas.
She clarified:
“We don’t know what they edit [on] night one. For example, there was a girl my season who they showed only speaking Russian on the first episode. But she spoke English to [Ben] the whole time. But [viewers] only saw her speak Russian, so everyone’s like, ‘Oh my gosh, she doesn’t speak English,’”
She feels that a similar may be the situation this season. Referring to Lucas, Caila Quinn said:
“So for this, they’re just showing his quirky side and maybe there was something deeper that happened.”
She, however, was full of praise for Rachel Lindsay. She said:
“If she had any nerves, she hid them really well. I thought she looked stunning, like an angel in that white dress. So it was picture perfect.”
Caila felt that she was a bit uneasy on seeing the first night of this season of the show.
She continued:
“I think you just put so much pressure on yourself because this is what you’ve been waiting for so long. You don’t wanna embarrass yourself in front of all of America and you just feel like all eyes are on you. So yeah, I think you just kind of blank out at this point. But everyone did a really good job [on the Bachelorette premiere] -especially Rachel.”
Caila Quinn’s reaction to Ben Higgins-Lauren Bushnell’s split
Caila Quinn had competed with 27 other contestants on season 20 of ‘The Bachelor’ to win the heart of the 26-year-old Ben Higgins.
She finished third on the show and lost it to Lauren Bushnell from West Linn, Oregon. But the one-year-long relationship between Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell ran into trouble in Christmas 2016. Differences started cropping up between the two and they disagreed on major decisions in life.
One source said:
“Ben was constantly trying to make Lauren love life in Colorado, and Lauren couldn’t stand it. She missed LA and wanted to move back, but knew that wasn’t an option.”
Many had sensed the problems in the couple’s life. They faked being together for the sake of endorsements. But in mid-May 2017, they publicly announced their split.
Counseling assistance also did not seem to help to save this relationship. Lauren Bushnell moved back to LA after the breakup and restarted her modeling career.
Reacting to this wonderful couple’s separation, Caila Quinn said:
“It came as a surprise”
She felt bad for their rocky romance and believed that they were too much in love to separate.
Caila Quinn’s Hair Secrets
Everyone had seen on season 20 of The Bachelor that Caila Quinn is a proud owner of lovely crowning glory. All felt that she would win based on her hair alone. Her lovely long brown curls were flawless and invariably looked perfect.
Whether it is deep-sea fishing or farm dates, Caila Quinn’s hairs were always in their proper place. Neither the long hours outdoors nor the high humidity tended to disturb them. In an interview given to Allure, Caila Quinn disclosed the secret of her fabulous hair.
She revealed that before curling, she blow-dries her hair starting from the bangs and crown of the head and then the ends (she called it bookends). The middle part of the hair dries at the last.
She feels that this technique gives volume and bounce to the hair and keeps the middle part smooth. Quinn eventually curls her hair from bottom to top. She admitted that she has not changed the curling iron, shampoo, and conditioner for the past 10 years.
Caila added:
“I would always just practice and curl. I never watched tutorials, but I knew what worked well for me.”
She also deep-conditions her hair except for the roots once a week with ‘Aussie 3 minute miracle moist’. Quinn feels that the product is cheap and keeps her hair on point, hair ends smooth and hair healthy.
She carried her stock of the product to the sets of the show in adequate quantities in order to avoid a red alert emergency.
She explained:
“They tell you that you can’t shop or anything, so basically I brought one bottle per month I think, even though one bottle can last you three months.”
