Robert Shiver is the current boyfriend of American actress, Savannah Chrisley. He revealed that his ex-wife, Lindsay had two extramarital affairs. Lindsay was jailed for attempting to get Robert killed and is out on bail now.

Robert Shiver talks about his ex-wife’s infidelity

Savannah Chrisley’s present boyfriend, Robert Shiver who was a former college football player has stated new revelations about his ex-wife, Lindsay. He disclosed that she had two extramarital affairs that he is aware of. He is not certain whether she had more.

Robert alleges that Lindsay had once hidden her 18-year-old lover in their vacation home in Abaco islands, Northern Bahamas. He revealed that he came to know about this cheating of Lindsay by looking at her Apple Watch.

Despite that, the insurance executive tried to work out their marital differences for the sake of their children. In his statement to the defense lawyers at a recent court hearing in Nassau, Robert wrote:

“She had an affair with an 18-year-old about a year ago and came to Abaco and snuck him into my house in Abaco,”
“The marriage was no longer able to withstand the pressure after he discovered his wife’s alleged tryst with Bethel.”

Moreover, Lindsay had hatched a plan with her second boyfriend, Terrance Adrien Bethell, 28 to murder Robert. She was arrested for it.

Lindsay’s second affair and murder conspiracy

It was in February 2023 that Robert came to know about her second affair with Terrance. But she denied that she was an infidel. Her lawyer said:

“Any extramarital relationship defendant has had was during the parties’ separation and legally condoned by husband.”

Robert filed for divorce from Lindsay on 5 April 2023. He cited the reason for adultery for the divorce. The next day, Lindsay also filed a divorce petition stating that Robert had abused her during their married life. She added that their relationship is broken beyond repair.

Later in July 2023, cops came to know about her murder plot to kill Robert. The plot came to light when Bahamian cops arrested a man who was a suspect in a burglary case at a restaurant in Great Guana Cay. As they were investigating the case, they looked through the phone and WhatsApp accounts of the suspect and discovered Lindsay’s murder plot.

They arrested her immediately. She was in the Bahamas along with Bethel and Faron Newbold Jr., 29. The plot was that Faron would take Robert out and then kill him.

Later, Robert told the cops that his sudden death would benefit Lindsay moneywise. She would get lots of money after his death.

Robert’s relationship history

Robert and Lindsay exchanged wedding vows on 5 March 2010. Robert’s dad is former Flowers Foods CEO Allen Shriver. Robert and Lindsay have three children together: Grayson, 11, Landon, 10, and Rhett, 4.

They divorced this year in April and the proceedings are ongoing. Lindsay is on bail but has to remain on the island. Moreover, she has to report to the local police station thrice a week and her trial is yet to start.

Meanwhile, Robert started dating Savannah Chrisley and they went public with their romance two months later in November 2023.
