Stars have been flocking to the French Riviera for the glamorous Cannes Film Festival all week — and Scott Disick and Bella Thorne are no exceptions.

The reality star, 33, and the actress, 19, were spotted canoodling by the pool on Wednesday, May 24. The unlikely couple was seen wrapping their arms around each other as Thorne sat on Disick’s lap.

After the swim, Thorne stripped down to a leopard-print bikini top and plaid pink bikini bottoms. The new couple was seen getting handsy and making out on the pool chairs.

Of the PDA pics, one source tells PEOPLE that Thorne “really likes the attention” that comes with the new fling.

Another source tells PEOPLE the two are “having fun together — partying and acting very flirty.”
‘There’s definitely chemistry, and they both seem to love the attention,” says the second source. “It’s not like they’re hiding.”

The duo first sparked romance rumors after they were seen on a dinner date at L.A.’s Catch on Monday, May 15. Also including the flower received by Bella Throne on Snapchat. Exactly a week later, Disick and Thorne were photographed catching a flight out of Los Angeles International Airport, and then were spotted arriving at the Nice Airport on Tuesday, May 23.

Kourtney’s fun in Cannas

Kourtney Kardashian and her ex-boyfriend Scott Disick are both in Cannes this week — just not together, with the two stars making public appearances with their much-younger recent flings instead.

Disick’s ex Kourtney Kardashian — with whom he shares three young children — is also vacationing in Cannes with her new man, Younes Bendjima. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 38, and the model, 23, were spotted snuggling at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes, France, on Sunday, May 21. The pair also showed off their killer beach bodies while sunbathing on a yacht on Tuesday.

A source previously told Us Weekly that Disick is struggling with Kardashian’s new romance. “Scott is jealous of Kourtney’s relationship,” a Kardashian source told Us. “Scott is going out all the time now and not concealing it. He’s going to clubs and house parties, spending time with people he knows aren’t a great influence. … Scott is being more open about his partying because he’s realizing that getting back with Kourtney isn’t going to happen.”
“Scott’s trying to stick it to Kourtney because of her liaison with Younes,” a source tells PEOPLE. “It’s him acting out. He’s spinning out of control because of all the Kourtney s—. It just sets him off because she’s rubbing her new relationship in his face and posting all those bikini photos.”

The ongoing drama between Disick and Kardashian, who share three children, comes after a period of relatively smooth sailing: Though they’ve gone through ups and downs in their relationship, they appeared to have been in a healthy place until recently, spending plenty of time together while co-parenting their children.

Indeed, “Scott and Kourtney had gotten to a good place — they had gone on trips together, like to Cabo, and things were going well,” says the source. “But then Scott had another lapse and that’s when Kourtney was like: ‘I’m done.’”
