Kenny Baldwin took up the role of Senior Pastor of Crossroads Baptist Church in the fall of 2011. He has been preaching for many years now and followed the footsteps of his father who had founded the Church and also served as its pastor for nearly 30 odd years. Earlier, he was on the staff list of the church working with them since 2000.
The Church is a congregation of around 400 people. It is located in Northern Virginia and is housed in a 20k square-foot area. It is mission-hearted and supports nearly 200 missionary families around the world. The Church donates $ 300k every year to world missions.
Kenny is a great leader and under his leadership, the Church continues to flourish. Additionally, he is on the board of the Virginia Baptist College which is in Fredricksburg.
He is also the Youth Pastor and School Administrator, Assistant Choir Director, Assistant Director for the Conference on Evangelizing Black America, Church pianist, and also the director of the Children’s Choir of the Church.

Kenny is known for his preachings. It is his passion and his style is dynamic. Besides preaching at his Church, Kenny additionally teaches in other churches in the USA as well as overseas. He also is well-known in youth circles and has influenced them to come to the Lord. Kenny counsels those who need moral support.

Pastor Kenny has been with the Lord since age 4 and began preaching at age 9. He was a brilliant student of Fairfax Baptist Temple Academy where he studied until the twelfth grade. His academics, spiritual leadership, and music were excellent. He was President of the student body. He also was good at sports, basketball, and athletics.
Kenny won several preaching competitions totaling 19 awards. He is good at music and piano and also his voice. Pensacola Christian College and Victory Baptist College conferred upon him the degree of Doctor of Divinity.
Is Kenny Baldwin married?
Kenny is a married man. His wife is Bethany and they married on 16 March 2002. They have a total of 4 children. Kevin and Kenneth (Kobe) are their sons Karmen and Khloe are the names of their daughters. He has also taken under his wings 4 young men (Troy, Peter, Mark, and Deont’e) and considers them his own. The family now resides in Annandale in Virginia.
