The ‘Baywatch’ star who turns 32 in October is keen to find the right girl to settle down and is inspired after seeing some of his pals in great relationships. He is ready to leave his Bachelor life and be serious in his life.

“I didn’t think much about settling down until recently. Now that I’m getting closer to my 30s, I’m around some great relationships and I’ve seen expert couples at work, I’m realizing that you have to find your own happiness before you can make somebody else happy.”

The hunky star revealed.

Zac’s last high-profile romance was with model Sami Miro. But it has been confirmed by US Weekly in April 2016 that the couple had split after nearly two years together.

Efron’s was also linked to Michelle Rodriguez, Lily Collins and Vanessa Hudgens. He and Hudgens, 30, dated from 2005 to 2010 after their meet on the set of the Disney TV movie High School Musical. She opened up about their current status during an interview with Access Hollywood Live last month. She said:

“I completely lost contact with him.”

While Efron may be looking to settle down, the way to his heart is not through Instagram — but through his brother, Dylan.

“I try to stay off my phone as much as possible. It’s on silent and the vibrate is off all day. People sometimes hate me for it! But I’m just not a pro at DMing and all that. Forget Twitter, forget Instagram. Let’s just chill and be real. Enjoy the moment.”
“If I’m dating someone, one of the few people I need to weigh in on the situation is my brother, We live together, and we’re different in a lot of ways, but he’s really grounded. He lived a more normal life than I did growing up, so he’s a great barometer for me. He’ll be like, ‘Are you sure you’re happy? Is this what you really want?’ Having my little brother around is a really great thing.”

And ladies looking to win over Efron’s heart better concentrate on wearing one-pieces.

“I’d definitely vote for a one-piece over a bikini. The red Baywatch one-piece is iconic. And I think it looks awesome! It leaves more to the imagination, Sometimes, it’s what you can’t see that’s more intriguing.”

Efron has been focusing on work since his breakup from 29-year-old Miro. He’s currently promoting Baywatch, which also stars the famous Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. As seen in trailers, some of the cast will be wearing the red swimsuits like the classic TV show.
