Shayne Jansen, 32-years old real estate broker, and Natalie Lee, 32, a consulting manager met on the Netflix show Love Is Blind season 2.

The two got engaged during the show but when it comes to saying “I do” at the altar of the show the couple walked out. Natalie was the one who called it off explaining that they are still had a lot to work on in their relationship.

The 32-years old real estate broker recently made an appearance on Nick Viall’s podcast, The Viall Files, to address the couple’s current status. He claimed they tried dating four times outside of the show but are now officially over.

When asked if he was done trying to pursue Lee, Jansen responded,

“It’s over,”

He also discussed the big fight that he and Lee had before the wedding inside of the show. He still has regrets that he told Lee that he “hated” her during the fight.

Jansen told Villa,

“I apologised 100 times over, and I said a number of times at the reunion that if I could take that back, I would in a heartbeat. I think about it everyday, I wish I would have used words better.”

Dated Multiples times

Well, Jansen revealed that the two had been reconnected and tried dating multiple times after the show.

He stated,

“We tried four times. Just recently this past weekend.”

In the last few days, there were things that happened between them that left Jansen “fed up”. The reality star admitted that he and his ex-fiance had communication issues as he felt like she was criticizing him too much and would “never appreciate” him.

He explained,

“She would always pick and pick…pick things that I did wrong and never appreciate anything I did right for her. She made sure on-camera to show off that kind of stuff, but outside the camera, not even close.”

Jansen also said that Jansen accused him of not being able to move on from his prior relationship with Shaina Hurley, calling him a “disgusting human being.”

What was Natalie Lee’s response to the podcast?

Natalie shared a lengthy post on her Instagram story following Jasen’s interview. She was “very shocked ” by what her ex-fiance said on Viall’s podcast.

She clarified that she termed Jasen “disgusting” because he said that “he was going to bury [her]” and “take [her] down with him on the podcast”.

Nat explained,

“I haven’t been able to get over this, And it is the main reason I can’t get back together with him. This is something we have discussed numerous times via text these last several months. His hangout with Shaina during the premiere of the show is NOT the reason.”

She claimed that he had been sending other women very flirty messages. Following up on the dating multiples time, she clarified that the couple only dated “twice” after the wedding, not “four.”
