Crystal Hefner makes some shocking revelation about her sex life

The widow of the famous celebrity, Hugh Hefner, Crystal Hefner, 37 has penned her memoir. In it, she talks about her sexual life with Hugh. It is shocking and ironical to learn that the Playboy magnate was not good at sex.

Crystal states that his method of having sex was odd and mechanical. She did not like it and had advised him to improve on his bedroom performance. But he did not heed.

Crystal goes on to say that she had a sense of relief when they stopped having sex. This was in 2014. Hugh died in 2017 at the age of 91. Crystal gave an interview to People magazine in which she said:

“There was no more bringing girls home, no more performances,”
“For years, I had been keeping up the Playboy Playmate charade for Hef, for the public.”

Why Hugh never listened to Crystal’s advice?

Hugh was a man of power and money. He had a lot of people around him who pampered and flattered him. They agreed with whatever he said or did. And Hugh was used to ordering and not listening to anyone. Hence, he never took anyone’s advice or suggestions. Crystal told People:

“I think when you have so much money and power and so many ‘yes people’ around you, you just stick with your own narrative in your mind,”
“And then everyone else just goes along with it.”

Describing Hugh’s sex times, Crystal elaborated in her book Only Say Good Things: Surviving Playboy and Finding Myself:

“Like Hef was just going through the motions of something that had once been fun and sexy,”
“Or maybe it was never fun and sexy.”

Crystal describes Hugh’s sex

Crystal has been rather candid in her new book that released on 23 January 2024. She expresses in it:

“He seemed less sex-savvy than some of the teenage boys I’d been with years ago,”
“It was clear to me Hef had never taken a moment in his entire life to figure out how to please someone else.”

The two had a marital life lasting five years. Crystal adds that while having sex, Hugh never looked at her:

“There was nothing sexy about it,”
“It was about power and control and leverage. It was a performance. I was auditioning for a part.”

Crystal met Hugh when she was 21. And Hugh was 81 years old. Later, they wed in December 2012. Talking about her choice of the title of her book, Crystal recalls what Hugh once told her:

“I want you to continue my legacy going forward…and I want to remind you to only say good things about me,”
