Taylor Swift’s alleged stalker gets into trouble again
Taylor Swift‘s alleged stalker is in police custody for a third time since Saturday.
The man named David Crowe, a law student from Seattle was arrested again after he was seen diving into a dumpster across the stress from the singer’s $50 million Tribeca residence, police sources told the NYP.
An eyewitness told the outlet,
“I just saw him digging through this dumpster, taking out some blankets and then he just went and sat down on the loading dock a few doors down [from Swift’s apartment],”
The 30-year-old man quickly made his way back to the Grammy winner’s residence after a Manhattan judge let him go on supervised release at his arraignment, during which he was charged with stalking and harassment.
That day, he wore beige pants, a neutral-colored coat, and a blue backpack in photos obtained by Page Six.
The man who is reportedly emotionally disturbed, has appeared at the Red singer’s apartment 30 times in the last two months.
The last time he was taken into police custody was on Monday after a neighbor informed the law enforcement to report a “disorderly person” on Franklin Street.
A Public Information Officer said after his arrest,
“Upon arrival, [police] were informed that the individual attempted to open a door to a building at the location,”

What did the man do near Swift’s building?
At the time, he didn’t reveal that Crowe was trying to enter Taylor’s apartment specifically, but another source informed him he was trying to do so.
A neighbor claimed at the time,
“I first saw him around 1 p.m. — he went up to Taylor’s door,”
“I’m not sure if he knocked or rang the doorbell.”
The man also claimed that Crowe was keeping an eye on the building for some weeks.
Additionally, another source claimed that the Seattle man had been roaming in the area for a month “sleeping on the stoop, chain-smoking constantly, shouting, and generally making everyone uncomfortable.”
The neighbor recalled,
“When he arrived before Christmas, my husband asked what he was doing here and he said, ‘I want to see Taylor,’”
“He even had flowers at one point.”
The first insider revealed that the police only took action after he tried breaking into the building. They claimed he “didn’t resist” his arrest.
It is not clear where Swift was during his latest arrest.
