New Lawsuit Filed Against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs for Alleged Assault
A woman named Ashley Parham has filed a new lawsuit against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, alleging that he assaulted her in a gang-bang-style rape. She describes being drugged and then raped by multiple men.
He was arrested Monday night, October 14, from a Manhattan hotel. He has since been locked up after a judge rejected his bail application to ensure the safety of the community and the integrity of the case.
Parham alleges that the assault against her was in retaliation for her belief that Diddy was involved in the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur. Tupac was shot in a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas on September 7, 1996. Unfortunately, Tupac’s murder case has remained unresolved for years.
She reported the incident to three police departments, including those in Walnut Creek and Orinda, California. However, the lawsuit claims that none of the police departments took action regarding her reports.
Similarly, Combs has been held at the Metropolitan Detention Center since pleading not guilty to charges of physical and sexual abuse against women. The charges against Combs include conspiracy, sex trafficking by coercion, and transportation for prostitution.
The lawsuit also names the rapper’s assistant, Kristina Khorram, for allegedly aiding Diddy and covering up the crime.
Ashley is seeking $50 million in damages through her lawsuit filed in the District Court of Northern California.
Unfolding Allegations: A Disturbing Account of Assault and Threats
Allegations of Assault
The recently publicized lawsuit reveals disturbing allegations about an assault that occurred in 2018. In February of that year, Ashley Parham met Shane Pearce, a friend of Sean “Diddy” Combs, at a bar.
During their encounter, Pearce made a FaceTime call to Diddy after Parham expressed her disapproval of him and accused him of involvement in Tupac Shakur’s murder.
Diddy reportedly reacted angrily to her comments and warned Parham that she would “pay” for what she said. On March 23, 2018, Pearce invited Parham to his home in Orinda, California, where Diddy was also present.
Parham alleges that Diddy threatened her with a knife and said he would give her a “Glasgow smile” as punishment for her remarks about Tupac.
Similarly, Diddy’s assistant, Kristina, was there as well and advised Diddy not to harm her face since they could exploit her for sex.
The lawsuit further describes a horrifying incident in which Diddy allegedly stripped Parham of her clothes and used a liquid from a fanny pack to cover her body. She claims he attempted to insert an object into her vagina but instead violently raped her with a TV remote.
Threats During the Assault
During the assault, Diddy allegedly threatened Parham, asserting that he controlled her life and could make her vanish without a trace.
According to the lawsuit, he then ordered Pearce to anally rape her while covering her head with a pillow to muffle her cries.
Following this, Diddy and two other men raped her, with one man being particularly rough due to his size
After the assault, Khorram examined Parham and subsequently forced her to ingest a pill from her bag. Diddy and his associates then left her incapacitated while they went outside to smoke marijuana.
Ashley Parham’s Harrowing Experience and Aftermath
After the initial attack, Ashley encountered Diddy again, who was surprised by her recovery and claimed he had given her enough drugs to incapacitate a horse. He made inappropriate comments about her body and offered her money to keep quiet about the incident.
When she threatened to report him, he allegedly warned her that no one would believe her and threatened to harm her family. One of his friends even showed her what seemed to be a livestream from outside her sister’s house.
Diddy called his mother, Janice Combs, to ask her to talk to Ashley and convince her not to take any further action. He claimed to have committed worse crimes in the past. The situation escalated when one of his companions also showed a gun during the confrontation.
In a chaotic situation, Parham attempted to stab Diddy but ultimately ran for the door. She managed to escape but claimed she had to slice at Diddy’s abdomen as she passed him.
After escaping, she sought help from neighbors while Diddy’s car left the scene. She reported the incident to a deputy from the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Office, stating she had been violently gang-raped. However, the deputy reportedly dismissed her claims and did not provide assistance or call for emergency services.
Three weeks after the incident, she visited a hospital where medical staff performed a rape kit and contacted local police. However, when asked for details, Parham felt too scared to name Diddy as her assailant because of fear of being ignored or harmed, she claimed.
