TikToker Jiare Schneider is found dead after ten days missing

Jiare Schneider found dead in Georgia woods
Jiare Schneider, a 31-year-old TikTok creator, was found dead on November 26, 2024, in a wooded area of Jonesboro, Georgia, after being missing for ten days.
His family discovered his body inside a silver Toyota 4Runner, which he had borrowed for a night out at a local nightclub before he went missing.
A family friend, Germequa Bell, told Fox 5 Atlanta,
“This morning, a group of us gathered, and we came out here, and we went to the woods… and there he was, We knew when he disappeared that something was up.”
According to a press release from the Clayton County Police Department, Schneider’s body was found inside a vehicle at the intersection of Brown Road and Poston Road shortly after 1 p.m. on November 26.
The vehicle appeared to have crashed at high speed into a tree.
The official cause of death has not yet been disclosed as the investigation is ongoing.
However, there are concerns about potential foul play since Schneider’s family has expressed frustration over what they see as a slow police response in their search efforts.
When did Jiare Schneider go missing?
Jiare Schneider is survived by his young son, who has been diagnosed with DiGeorge Syndrome, a chromosomal disorder caused by a deletion on chromosome 22.
The TikTok star had been missing since November 15 and was last seen on the road where he was later found dead.
His family and friends became concerned when he failed to contact his son, which was unusual for him, as he typically called daily.
His sister, Jasnique Oliver, also mentioned that he had not been active on social media during this time.
As their concerns grew, the family began searching for Schneider after learning he had not returned home from a nightclub.
The Clayton County Police Department announced his disappearance in a Facebook post on November 25. The post read,
“We, along with neighboring departments, are assisting Forest Park City Police in their efforts, iare was last seen wearing a black sweater, and long black pants. He has full sleeve tattoos, and his hair styled in dreads. If you have seen Jiare or have any information about his whereabouts, please contact the Forest Park City Police Department or call 911 immediately,”
