Former winner of Britain’s Got Talent in 2008, George Sampson had a lovely career journey until now. Know about his girlfriend, tattoos, and hair transplants.

George Sampson and his career journey

George Sampson, 30 contested on the ITV show Britain’s Got Talent first series in June 2007. However, unfortunately, he could not make it to the semi-finals. But he did not lose heart and participated again the following year.

In 2008, he gave a brilliant dance performance to Singin’ in the Rain. This impressed the judges and the viewers and he won the series. After this dramatic win, George was part of several TV shows and also grabbed many promotional contracts. He also dabbled into music.

In 2009, he parted ways with Simon Cowell, one of the judges on BGT. He was out of the spotlight for several years in between. Later, in 2016, George fetched a role in Emmerdale and reappeared on the screen. And in 2019, he took part in Celebrity Coach Trip with Roxanne Pallett.

George is a regular now on theater shows. He got the lead role in Robin Hood pantomime and was also in Snow White and the seven dwarfs in the character of the Charming Prince. As regards his Robin Hood role, George uploaded a photo of himself and his dog on his Instagram and captioned it:

“This past month has been an absolute roller coaster!”
“Playing Robin Hood on a national tour has been an unreal experience, thanks to everyone that came to watch the show! Here’s me and my mate Sully having a much-needed cuddle between scenes.”

George was also part of Cinderella and Peter Pan.

George’s hair transplants and tattoos

George had a receding hairline. He had discussed about it on The Morning Show. He revealed to the then-hosts hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford that he had spent nearly 9000 pounds on two surgeries for it. Since it did not fetch the desired results, he went ahead for the third hair transplant and he was happy with it. George said:

“I’m so happy. It’s difficult. I still get hundreds of men messaging me about it.
“I felt like an old man with a babyface, I had to wake up and look in the mirror and think I hate my hairline.”

His inspiration for these surgeries was the football player, Wayne Rooney who also had a hair transplant. George revealed that he had alopecia and his hair loss was due to genes, stress, and also the head spins that he does while dancing.

Moreover, George also has started liking tattoos and had whole sleeve of them. His fans admired his tattoos and one fan wrote:

“Feckin awesome pal, love the logo on the cap.”

Another wrote:

“That is sick man.”

George also has got a large portrait of himself dancing inked on one upper limb. While on the other, he has got designs such as film reels and theater masks.

George’s relationships and girlfriend

People adore George especially since he had won the BGT when he was 14. He still receives flirty messages from his teen fans. He told The Mirror:

“People still think I’m a teenager when they meet me,”
“I get patronized when I’m spoken to a lot of the time.”

George added:

“It’s like people only relate to me as a little kid. Young girls still talk to me on TikTok like a young lad too — people just don’t get that I’m all grown up.”
“Girls hit on me all the time online and I have to tell them: ‘you’re too young for me’.”

The dancer met Kazmin in 2020 on a tour and they began dating. George said of her:

“One day I’ll be settling down and getting married — or turning 30 in a few years’ time. I don’t know what people will make of that.”

There is not much info about his past relationships.
