Victoria Justice is not jealous of Ariana Grande
Victoria Justice wants the internet to know once and for all that she feels jealous of Ariana Grande.
The actress is shutting down the rumors that she has bad blood for the Thank U, Next singer who was also her co-star in Victorious.
Despite not wanting to “talk about this [topic] anymore,” the Zoey 101 alum had her final say in an interview on this matter.
Upon hearing that the rivalry rumors have been there for more than 10 years, Justice said,
“We were both like, ‘This is so stupid,’”
The actress, 30, said that Ariana, 29, at the time, messaged her and they both laughed at the false narrative that they were not friends with each other.
Victoria continued,
“I feel like it’s this constant story of the media and people wanting to put people against each other and it’s just so not even relevant right now,”
“This is so dumb. … This is so stupid.”
Fans then took to social media to share their opinions on the reported feud.
One fan wrote,
”I feel so bad for Victoria, like this one little misunderstanding got her YEARS of hate.”
Another referred to the actresses’ characters and added,
”Some people didn’t like the character tori so they started hating Victoria Justice like what the actual hell shes not Tori Vega she’s a complete different person she just played her character.”
A third one wrote,

What caused the internet to think Victoria was jealous of Ariana
Victoria and Ariana played Tori and Cat respectively on the Nickelodeon hit sitcom from 2010 to 2013.
Rumors of their catfight emerged in 2010 when a video of them promoting their show went viral.
While another star of the show, Elizabeth Gillies started singing praises for Grande’s good voice, Victoria chimed in.
With her arms crossed, Justice responded, “I think we all sing,”
Many fans thought it was rude and that the Eye Candy star was simply jealous of the Bang Bang singer.
After the show came to an end, Ariana’s music career took off that same year with the release of her debut album Yours Truly.
Since then the actress and singer has won two Grammys and is one of the biggest female pop stars of this generation.
In March 2021, Justice revealed in a podcast that she and Grande continue to be supportive of each other, saying,
“I love Ariana, and she’s killing it right now,”
“We text. It’s really cool. So, everything’s all good.”
