Who is Yami Sukehiro?

Yami Sukehiro is a fictional character in the Japanese manga series, Black Clover.

Sukehiro is one of the supporting protagonists of the manga popular as the captain of the squad, Black Bulls. 

Also, he is a former member of the Grey Deer squad.

Yami Sukehiro- Birth & Background

Yami Sukehiro was born into a family of a fisherman in a country named Hiro (known as the land of the rising sun).

As a child, he got washed to the shore of the Clover kingdom during a shipwreck.

In the kingdom, he struggled for his survival due to cultural differences and racial discrepancies.

In the course of struggling between two cultural differences, he met the captain, Julius Novachrono.

After meeting Julius, Yami Sukehiro Anime learned the language of the clover kingdom.

Sukehiro’s Journey as a captain

The Magic King, Julius invited him to join the Grey Deer squad. At the time, Julius used to be the captain of the squad.

Along with his squad member, Yami Sukehiro Anime completed various tasks for the kingdom. In the course, he proved himself to be fit for the post of Black Bull.

Unlike other novel captains, he gives preference to merit and deserving candidate.

As a captain, he has always led his squad in the right direction and encouraged his squadmate to live to their highest potential.

That includes teaching to use ki Asta (the main protagonists) of the series.

To set his squad member, Vanessa Enoteca free from the prison of the queen of the witch, he invaded the entire Witches’ Forest along with his entire squad.

Also, Yami Sukehiro Anime has helped to protect the kingdom against the attack from the devil, and fight against the Midnight Sun’s Third Eye.

Tools

– Grimoire– Like other people in the clover kingdom, he received his grimoire with three leaves at the age of 15.

His grimoire consists of various dark spells. In the beginning, people used to make fun of his grimoire’s power saying that it was garbage.

– Sword– His sword’s name is Katana from his homeland. He uses Katana in combat.

The sword was broken during combat between Vetto (a member of Eye of the Midnight Sun’s Third Eye). Later, it was replaced.

Magical Power

– Dark Magic– The captain of the Black Bulls manipulate and generate dark magic.

The major source of channeling his dark magic happens to be his sword.

Manipulating the dark magic, he uses various offensive attacks including Dark Cloaked Avidya Slash, Black Hole, Dark Cloaked Black Blade, Dimension Slash, and Death Thrust.

– Restraining Magic– He uses this type of magic to restrain the opponents.

– Reinforcement Magic– Yami Sukehiro Anime uses magic to increase his physical abilities. However, the use of his magic causes his dark magic to be slow.

Abilities

Captain Yami is a great swordsman and highly skilled fencer. Also, he is extremely strong with excellent reflexes and is very fast.

His special abilities include Ki which he learned from his land.

The ability enables him to predict the movement of his opponents.

He happens to be one of the most muscular characters in the manga series.

He has grey eyes with black hair which is medium length and messy.

His height is around 6 feet. Also, he has a mustache and stubble.

He wears a simple white T-shirt with black trousers.

Also, Yami Sukehiro Anime carries the black banner with his squad’s insignia.
