In 2012, she played the role of Miss Hussa in the Saudi Arabian drama film, Wadjda which was written and directed by Haifaa al-Mansour.  Later, she was seen as Rana in the 2014 multilingual Emirati film From A to B.

Moreover, she starred as Wafa in Rattle The Cage. In 2018, she covered the character of Fatima Asif in a British television drama serial, Collateral which was written and created by David Hare.

Furthermore, in 2019, she shared the screen with Emma Greenwell, Joely Richardson, and Jon Fletcher in an American television series The Rook. In the following year, she made her appearance as Diana Nammi in Honour.

In addition, Ahd Kamel was seen as Hanan in an American comedy-drama television series Ramy which was created by Ramy Youssef. Recently, she appeared as Fathemah in in 2023 television series Concordia.
