3. Counter-Notification (Restoration Request)
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notification. Pursuant to federal law, you may be held liable for damages if you make material misrepresentations in your counter-notice.
Your counter-notice must include the following details:
