Alana is as fit as a fiddle. She has been maintaining her fitness and body well. Also, she has been looked up to as an inspiration for body maintenance.

Alana herself has said not to forget about the diet in the fitness tips that she has provided.

Her major tips include lifting, even if you don’t lift heavy. She also asks people to target specific areas in their bodies.
