He is popularly known for appearing in the Russian version of The X Factor at the age of 17 in 2005. Similarly, he is also known for his roles in The Three Musketeers, Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, and The Vatican Tapes. He represented Russia at the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest held in Germany.
