Wiese portrayed Paula, in the German drama film, The Cloud which is based on Gudrun Pausewang’s novel of the same name. In the year 2007, and 2009, she acted in Die Rosenheim-Cops and Effi Briest.

She was then cast in the supporting role of Andrea Schäfer, in the German TV series titled, Alarm für Cobra 11 – Die Autobahnpolizei.

Subsequently, she appeared in the crime film series, Tatort. Following that, in 2022, Carina executed the role of Barbara Zellmann, in the  German TV series titled, Faster than Fear.

Most recently in 2023, the accomplished actress executed the role of Regine, in the tv mini-series titled, Sam – A Saxon. 

On the other side, Carina Wiese joined The German Film Academy and went on to attend the Astrology Centre Berlin with Alexander von Schlieffen and Markus Jehle.
