Lyons runs a website named “Yoga and Meditation Guide” out of D.C. Before starting his website, he was a lawyer for the FDA.

He always enjoyed yoga and later in 2016, he decided to share his journey and experience of yoga with people. Lyons was born and grew up in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

He likes to call him someone who has engaged in artistic activities since his childhood. Later on, he got his academic certificates in literature. After his undergrad, he joined law school and in between, he also worked in the political and government relations arena for 26 years.

Matthew’s love for yoga

He was not fond of yoga until one of his friends invited him to yoga class nine years back. He, then, practiced yoga four to five days a week for almost two and a half years.

With his classes, he also got attracted to different yoga poses namely Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, and meditation. Later on, he completed his namely Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra in mid-2017.

Moreover, he also received training and certifications in restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra. In 2016, he first got the idea of teaching yoga and completed his training in 2017. He is still learning more depth about yoga and also shares his experiences with people.

Relationship of Carla Hall and Matthew Lyons

Carla tied the knot with her husband, Matthew in 2006. They met online on a dating site called ‘Match.com’ after her mom pressured her to find love. She met her now-husband just within a day of her using the site.

Though the couple doesn’t have children together, Hall is a step-mom to her husband’s son, Noah. On the other hand, Matthew revealed he quickly fell for Carla.

Furthermore, he also mentioned:

“I remember as soon as I saw her, my immediate thought was, ‘I’m done. It’s like we have two dates,”

The two had their big day ceremony at the justice of the peace’s house the following year in February. Later on, they had a bigger celebration. Carla further mentioned their actual wedding date is April 29.
