Double rainbow

In a picture posted by Chris’s wife, Elsa Pataky, the family seems to enjoy quality family time in Spain. And on the beach, the family, especially their kids were in for a treat as they encountered a double rainbow.

The picture was captioned “Beautiful nature! ???? / Bella naturaleza!” by Elsa. It framed them with their 4-year-old twins, Tristan and Sasha. One of the boys seems to be fascinated with the rainbow while the other one has his eyes fixed on the sand.

The Spanish beauty and loving mother has wrapped her hands around her sons and her husband Chris is there alongside Elsa.

Moving back

The couple had decided to move their family away from Hollywood and back into nature several years ago in 2014. They moved back to Byron Bay, Australia to be close to the sea and raise their children there.

The family outing came after the pair had recently returned from a romantic weekend getaway. Elsa had posted sweet pictures of them cuddling on a Hotel balcony.

Chris’s short bio

Chris was born on 11 August 1983 in Melbourne, Australia. His mother is Leonie, an English teacher, and Craig, a social-services counselor. He has two brothers- an older one, Luke, and a younger one, Liam. All three brothers are actors.

He attended high school at Heathmont College.

He was a contestant on the fifth season of Dancing with the stars Australia with professional dancer Abbey Ross. After 6 weeks Chris was eliminated.

He had had several roles in TV series. But his breakthrough in the movie industry came with his role in the 2009 movie Star Trek as James Kirk’s father. Now he is best known for playing the superhero Thor, the god of lightning in the Marvel movies.

Relationships and marriage

Chris began dating Spanish actress Elsa Pataky in early 2010. They met through mutual friends. After dating for almost a year, they married in December 2010.

They have 3 beautiful children: daughter India, born in May 2012, and twin boys Sasha and Tristan, born on March 21, 2014.

The couple is happily married and still very much in love. There are no rumors of their divorce.

After moving from Los Angeles to Byron Bay in 2015, he is raising his 3 children with his loving wife, Elsa. He moved From the US to Australia as he no longer needed to be based in the United States in order to secure film work.
