At the World Indoor Championships in 2024, she broke the world mark with a performance of 7.65 and won gold in the event.

Furthermore, Devynne represented the Bahamas in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, finishing sixth in the 100-meter hurdles. In addition, she represented her country in the world championships for athletics in 2015 and 2017, when she was eliminated in the semifinals and heats, respectively.
