‘Gossip Girl’ alum Ed Westwick proposed to girlfriend Amy Jackson over two years of dating

Ed Westwick is officially engaged to his girlfriend Amy Jackson

Ed Westwick took a milestone step in his relationship with his girlfriend Amy Jackson.

The Gossip Girl alum, 36, popped the question to his now-fiancee during the couple’s ski trip in Switzerland.

Amy took to Instagram on Monday, January 29, to share the happy news that she said ‘Yes’ to Westwick. She also shared a series of pictures from their special moment.

The first photo of the series featured the actor and musician getting down on one knee on the walkway of a hanging mountain bridge.

Amy appeared to be surprised by the proposal as she held her hands over her mouth in shock.

The bridge is suspended 3,000 meters high between the View Point in Les Diablerets and Scex Rouge in Gstaad.

In the pictures, Amy was seen in an all-white ensemble while Westwick wore a grey jacket, olive green pants, and shoes.

Similarly, the following photos show the couple embracing and posing for the photos while intertwined in one another’s arms.

Ed first encountered Amy at the 2021 Silverstone racetrack during an Aston Martin event.

At the event, he asked her out on a double coffee date with their dogs – her poodle Herbert, and his Frenchie, Humphrey.

Amy was previously engaged to her former fiance George Panayiotou. The former couple also shared a 4-year-old son Andreas Panayiotou.
