Alaina Scott reveals Eminem walked her down the aisle

Alaina Scott revealed her dad Eminem did attend her wedding and had a major role to play in it too. The newlywed announced that her famous dad walked her down the aisle after internet users guessed that he missed the nuptials.

Aliana told People on Thursday,

“I had an 80-ft long black and white checkered aisle and my dad walked me down the aisle,”
“He wasn’t going to miss that.”

Aliana’s 27-year-old sister, Hailie Jade Mathers also was by her sister’s side as her maid of honor, as shown in the photos.

The Grammy winner’s daughter married her longtime boyfriend Matt Moeller on June 9 in a Great Gatsby glam-theme ceremony in Shelby Township, Mich.

Alaina said,

“The grounds were the foundation of the wedding and what I built my vision around,”

She said,

“None of this would have been possible without my Dad. I’m beyond blessed,”
“Getting married is a sacred thing and we wanted to be surrounded by people who share in our daily lives.”

Scott also explained that the private wedding had a total of 125 close friends and family members. According to her, it was sure untraditional and important to her and her husband. That was the reason why they did not “allow many plus ones.”

She added,

“Our wedding was something out of a movie,”
”I planned the entire thing, down to every last detail. Even customized napkins of our dogs with the phrase ‘Our parents are married!’ It’s just very rewarding to see all your hard work come to life.”

For her special day, the bride wore a gorgeous mermaid-style gown with an off-shoulder draping and featured a stylish tulle train. The ensemble was designed by Katerina Bocci.

Why did fans think Eminem was absent from Aliana’s wedding?

The wedding also had 2000 white roses lining the aisle. Giving the ceremony a vintage vibe, the couple also had 1940 and 1947 Packard limousine cars at the wedding.

She said,

“It’s just very rewarding to see all your hard work come to life.”

Matt popped the question to his ladylove in December 2021. At the time, the daughter of the rapper gushed about their rooftop proposal on her Instagram post,

“This moment. this life. Yes a hundred times over. I LOVE YOU.”

Eminem’s brother Nathan Kane Mathers performed his hit item Sling on Over for his niece and her new husband. The happy uncle called the wedding really fun.

Scott felt the urge to clarify her dad’s presence after fans speculated that the rapper was missing from his daughter’s wedding after not seeing him in any pictures that the bride posted on her social media.
