Genesis Lynea is a Bermudian-born English actress, dancer and singer. She is best known for playing the role of Archie Hudson in the British medical drama series Casualty.

Similarly, she is also known for her roles in How Can I Forget, Love is a Hand Grenade and A Discovery of Witches.

Talking about her career, Lynea began her career performing at the ENO as a part of the children’s ensemble for The Magic Flute. She along with friends established Britain’s first Krump family, called Krumpire, which later developed into Wet Wipez.

She was featured in Jessie J’s debut music video “Do It Like A Dude”.  She has worked on several theatre shows including The Bodyguard, Bend It Like Beckham: The Musical, Jesus Christ Superstar, and In the Heights.

Furthermore, she was cast in the 2017 production of The Wild Party at The Other Palace. She played the role of Anna of Cleves in the original cast of Six at the Arts Theatre.

Moreover, she made her first television appearances playing the lead role of Miss Maddie Harper in series 7 and 8 of CBBC series 4 O’Clock Club.

She joined the cast as Archie Hudson on 23 March 2019 in the BBC medical drama Casualty. Similarly, she was also seen as pathologist Simone Tyler in the long-running BBC crime drama Silent Witness.

Recently, she played the supporting role of Tayo in the 2023 British musical drama television series Champion.
