Professional Career

Holger Rune made his professional debut in 2020, winning his first ITF title and breaking into the top 500. He made his ATP debut in 2021 and won his first ATP title. He won four Challenger titles and climbed to number 110 in the world rankings.

Holger won three ATP Tour championships in 2022, including a masters title at the Paris Masters, and advanced to his first Grand Slam quarterfinal at the French Open. He cracked the top ten rankings and became the first player outside of the ATP Finals to defeat five top-10 opponents in the same event.

In 2023, Vitus reached the Monte-Carlo masters final and won his eleventh top-10 title, propelling him to the world’s No. 7 ranking in singles.
