Jackson Mahomes, the younger brother of Patrick Mahomes, has been arrested! A warrant was issued against him on Wednesday, May 3, for aggravated sexual battery.
Likewise, the 22-year-old internet sensation has been currently taken to Johnson County jail in Kansas. The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to various outlets that Mahomes’ arrest reportedly arose from his months ago incident.
What incident has occurred with Jackson Mahomes?
In February, the NFL star’s younger brother had been accused of assaulting the 40-year-old restaurant owner of the Aspens Restaurant and Bar Lounge in Overland Park.
In addition to grabbing the neck of the restauranteur Aspen Vaughn, he also allegedly assaulted an unnamed waiter by pushing them.

The waiter alleged,
“I was going into our office downstairs where the employees are in the employee area, and he’s downstairs for I don’t know what reason and I’m trying to get to the office, and he’s like, pushing me out. …And he’s like, ‘No, get out, get out.'”
Similarly, Aspen accused Jackson of misbehaving with kissed her, explaining,
“He forcibly kissed me out of nowhere and I’m telling him, pushing him off saying ‘What are you doing?’ and then he proceeded to do it two more times where the last time I was pushing him off and I can see on the cameras that somebody was outside the office door and I was yelling for them to come help because he’s big and massive.”
Mahomes’s lawyer Brandon Davies, on the other hand, issued a statement the following months denying the accusations. The statement reads,
“We have provided law enforcement with the tools and evidence they need to evaluate the claims against Jackson. Every interaction between people needs to be placed in the proper context. Releasing a short clip of any video does not provide proper context. We have faith in the process and look forward to a swift resolution of the matter.”
