Jay Hayden and Jaina Lee Ortiz are enjoying their romantic vacation together in Italy.

The Station 19 co-stars shared a gallery of photos of them from their recent trip to Lago Specchio di Venere, a gorgeous lake on Pantellerìa Island off the coast of Italy.

The 44-year-old actor shared a photo of the pair in swimsuits posing with smiling at the lakeside while covered in natural mud.

Similarly, Ortiz shared a similar photo while writing next to the photo, “Probably one of the most amazing experiences of my life!”.

Just a few days prior, the 36-year-old actress posted a TikTok of her most recent trip to Greece. People believed Hayden might have been behind the camera even though he was nowhere to be seen.

The two have been speculated to be dating since 2021, but, neither of them has addressed the rumors.

In December 2021, the twosome sparked dating rumors after Hayden posted a photo on Twitter of Ortiz kissing him on the cheek on New Year’s Eve. He captioned the post at the time,

“2022 here we come,”

Jay and Jaina have been working together on ABC’s drama series Station 19 since season 1. Ortiz starred as Andrea “Andy” Herrera, the daughter of Captain Pruitt Herrera and a lieutenant at Station 19.

Similarly, Nicole previously used Hayden’s last name on her social media profiles but later publicly changed her online alias to “Nikki Marie Bloss”. She wrote at the time,

“Moving into this new chapter of my life I am honored to take the name of one of my inspirations My grandma … AKA my Nanny. Her name is Ione Bloss. She was an orphan, a feminist and a leader in her time here on earth. Adding to that, she concludes,
