Jimmie Allen and Alexis Gale have parted ways! It’s a tough decision to call it quits on marriage but it’s more challenging when you have a bundle of joy on the way.

However, the now-estranged couple has decided to go their separate ways. The 37-year-old music artist took to social media platform on Friday, April 21, to share the happy and sad news at the same time.

He wrote,

“After much thought and reflection in recent months, Lex & I have made the decision to separate. As we navigate this life change, we can also share that we will be welcoming another child together later this year.”

Allen then went on to assure that their first priority is and always will be their children. He added,

“We remain committed to co-parenting with love and respect for one another,”

The two are already a parent to two daughters Naomi Bettie, 3, and Zara James, 18 months. While their third child is on the way.

The “Freedom Was a Highway” crooner, on the other hand, is also a father to 8-year-old son Aadyn, from a previous relationship.

At the end of the statement, he requested fans to respect their privacy in light of the news of the pair’s “growing family.”

The pregnant mama, for her part, shared a similar post on her respective Instagram handle.

Jimmie married Gale, who is a nurse, in June 2020 in a private ceremony prior to throwing a bigger wedding party in Pennsylvania in May 2021.
