Kourtney Kardashian announces pregnancy at Travis Barker’s LA concert

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are expecting their first baby together.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum announced the surprising news while attending her husband‘s concert with Blink-182 in Los Angeles on Friday.

As her husband played drum on stage, the 44-year-old held up a sign that read “Travis I’m pregnant,” before smooching the shirtless drummer.

While it came as a surprise to many of the concertgoers, fans think that it was all staged and Barker already knew that his wife was pregnant.

One person tweeted,

“Kourtney Kardashian announce [sic] that she’s pregnant at the concert and in the video she shows off a baby bump? How is it that Travis didn’t know she was pregnant? Sounds staged,”

Another wrote,

A third fan doubted,

Kourtney and Travis’s IVF journey and failed pregnancy

The Kardashians alum’s pregnancy comes just a year after the couple’s posh Italy wedding in front of family and close friends.

Kourtney and Barker have always been open about wanting to start a family of their own in her Hulu show. They tried everything in their power to get pregnant including many IVF rounds and herbal remedies.

Despite being open about IVF, the reality star revealed that they are no longer taking its help in a May 25 episode of their show.

Kardashian said at the time,

“We are officially done with IVF,”

“We would love a baby more than anything, but I just really believe in what God has in store for us. If that’s a baby, then I believe that it will happen.”

Kourtney will now be a mother of four who already shares three kids Mason, 13, Penelope, 10, and Reign, 8 – with ex-Scott Disick.

Barker, for his part, is also father to son Landon, 19, and daughter Alabama, 17, and stepdaughter Atiana, 24, with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler.

After numerous doctor’s appointments, Kourtney said last year,

“Travis and I want to have a baby,”

The show’s trailer then showed their doctor asking the POOSH founder for a sample as she joked, “We’ll take our mics off so you don’t get the audio.”

In December Kourtney said,

“I got to a place where I just felt exactly like how timing is everything with me and Travis… So, I feel like if it’s truly meant to be it will happen.”

She also revealed that the process of IVF had its side effects and challenges that “really took a toll on my health and mentally.”

She added,

“The hormones. The medication. You have to get put to sleep every time. I know it’s for so many people but it’s just not for me,”
