Molly-Mae Hague talks post-split from fiancé, Tommy Fury

English TV personality, Molly-Mae Hague, 25 was engaged to British professional boxer, Tommy Fury, 25 last year. But in August of this year, Molly-Mae called off their engagement. She had never thought that things would end the way they did. And it hurt her and she was extremely upset over the whole thing.

In a recent interview, Molly-Mae gave to Vogue magazine, she narrated how she did some out-of-character things in the few hours after she broke up with her fiancé. Molly-Mae does not like to drink. But she had hard drink after her break-up and dropped down the glass when she realized that it was unlike her to do so.

The reality TV star told Vogue:

‘[I] had a few days where I thought, “I don’t really know how I’m going to get through this.”
‘It’s literally like four friends. That’s about it, really. It just works best that way, because then you know the people that are around you are genuinely there for the right reasons.’

Her friends took her to Soho Farmhouse immediately to bring down her wrath.

The relationship timeline of the couple

Molly-Mae met Tommy on the reality TV series Love Island. Both began a romantic relationship in 2019. First they resided together in Cheshire. Subsequently, the two shifted to Hale, Greater Manchester.

In September 2022, they announced that Molly-Mae is expecting their first child. And on 23 January 2023, Molly-Mae delivered their first child, daughter Bambi. On 23 July 2023, Tommy proposed to her and she said yes. They had plans to marry in 2025.

When the split occurred, she wrote on her Instagram:

“Never in a million years did I think I’d ever have to write this.”
“After five years of being together, I never imagined our story would end, especially not in this way.”
“I am extremely upset to announce that mine and Tommy’s relationship has come to an end.”

Further, she added:

“Without us there would be no her, she will always be my priority.”
“I want to thank you all for the love you have shown us over the last five years. You have all been a part of our journey and I feel it’s right to share this with you all.”
“Whilst I attempt to navigate the coming days and weeks please kindly respect my privacy over this difficult time, I’ll be back when it feels right. Molly-Mae x.”

Tommy Fury’s infidelity

There were some reports that revealed that Tommy had cheated Molly-Mae. He was in relationship with a Danish woman whom he met while he was on a holiday in the Balkan nation of North Macedonia. But Tommy had denied all these accusations. He told The Mail:

‘All the allegations that were made of me recently are completely false. The truth will come out in time and when it does I think a lot of people might regret their actions and unkind words.”

He added:

‘It is proper love. Do I still love Molly? 100 per cent. I will love her until my final breath.’
‘I know what I have to do in order to resolve things. And that’s down to me. Nobody else can do that other than me.’
