He started playing basketball professionally joining Golden State Warriors for the 2015 NBA Summer League.

After onwards, he signed with the Los Angeles Lakers on 25 August 2015 but was soon released from the team on 20 October 2015.

He left the team just appearing in four preseason games. Later, he was acquired by the Los Angeles D-Fenders of the NBA Development League on 31 October 2015.

He made his professional debut in a match against Oklahoma City Blue recording 3 points, 2 rebounds, and one assist in four minutes of play.

On 16 January 2016, he was traded to Iowa Energy and made a debut against a match with Raptors 905 recording 1 assist and 1 steal in 9 minutes of play.

On 6 March 2016, Michael Frazier II was released from Iowa Energy and acquired by Fort Wayne Mad Ants on 10 March 2016.

He soon left the team and signed with Scaligera Basket Verona of the Italian Serie A2 Citroen on 9 August 2016.

After this, he was signed by Rio Grande Valley Vipers in 2018. Since 2019, this player is playing for another team known as the Houston Rockets.
