Subsequently, Naoko joined the cast of the 2005 series, Hot Tub Ranking and later appeared as Toshiko Sato in the British science fiction TV programme, Torchwood.

Likewise, she portrayed the role of Liz in 2 episodes of the British TV series, Rocket’s Island. The series ran from 4 December 2012 to 7 December 2015 on CBBC. It stars Jordan Benjamin, Samuel Bottomley, Tom Coliandris, Helen Daniels, Joe Galluci, Sydney Wade, and others.
