A family of four! Neymar Jr. has expanded his family with his girlfriend Bruna Biancardi. Bruna gave birth to her daughter Mavie via cesarean section in the early hours of Friday morning, October 6.

The Brazilian superstar had flown back to Brazil on Thursday after he found out that his girlfriend was admitted to the maternity ward of a private hospital in Sao Paulo.

He missed his Saturday match against Al-Okhdood in order to make a presence in the hospital with his girlfriend during this time.

The new mom, 29, took to Instagram to share the happy news on Saturday, October 7 that they welcomed their first child together.

She shared a series of photos featuring her newborn on Instagram including a photo of the new parents adoring their new bundle of joy while Neymar is seen beaming as he holds Mavie.

In another photo, the football player can be seen bathing the newborn. Further, Biancardi sweetly captioned the post,

“Our Mavie came to complete our lives Welcome, daughter! You are already very loved by us… thank you for choosing us,”

Neymar, for his part, shared a similar post on his respective X account, formerly known as Twitter.

He is already a father to 12-year-old son Davi Lucca whom he shared with his ex-girlfriend Carolina Dantas.

The baby comes almost six months after the pair announced their pregnancy news.

He also issued an apology letter on Instagram expressing deep remorse for his actions and their consequences on his relationship and unborn child.

Days later after Neymar issued an apology letter the couple hosted a gender reveal party announcing the sex of their unborn child.
