On 29 December 2020, Aeriel Garcia took to her Instagram page to post an announcement about her engagement with her boyfriend of two years, actor Patrick Sugui.

Patrick did a romantic proposal. In the post-video clip, one can see that the couple is standing in a dimly lit room that was lined with lit candles. There were flower petals strewn on the floor of the room.

Patrick then told Aeriel:

“When I asked you to be my girlfriend, I told you na (that) I wasn’t just doing this to have a girlfriend,”

In the background was playing Elton John’s song ‘Your Song’. He continued:

“I was looking for someone that I can marry and can love for the rest of my life,”

Aeriel’s eyes started to tear up and Patrick said:

“And today, I want to fulfil that promise.”

At that moment, Patrick went down on one knee and proposed to Aeriel, asking her hand for marriage. Later, Patrick also uploaded photos of the engagement on his Instagram.

In these photos, Aeriel was showing off her new engagement ring. She had placed her left hand on Patrick’s chest and her ring could be seen. Besides, she was looking lovingly into Patrick’s eyes.

Patrick’s age is 26 years and has been in a loving relationship with Aeriel now for the past two years. On 6 November 2020, they celebrated their second anniversary of togetherness.
