Prince William and Princess Catherine Shared an Emotional Christmas Card for This Year!

Prince William and Princess Catherine share this year’s family Christmas card
Prince William and Princess Catherine selected one poignant picture for their 2024 Christmas card with children.
The Prince and Princess of Wales, both 42, had been very busy on social media in celebration of the various Christmas cards, which contain an emotive photo of them with their three children as they took to Norfolk, United Kingdom, where she had to spend periods recovering from cancer early this year.
Middleton — who had one arm over her husband’s knee — leaned into their daughter, Princess Charlotte, 9, who embraced her big brother, Prince George, 11.
“Wishing you a very Happy Christmas and New Year,” the card read.
The photo that appeared in the card was first released to the public in September when Catherine announced that she had completed her chemotherapy for some undisclosed cancer.
However, Wales has much to celebrate recently as the three children’s mother makes a return to her royal duties, having been absent for almost the whole year fighting her cancer and now recovering from abdominal surgery.
In March, she had to go public with her illness after months of speculation regarding her health. Although she refrained from disclosing the type of cancer she had, she did inform the public about the completion of her treatment in September.
The family plans to join the rest of the royals for a Christmas celebration, and there will be a 45-person guest list.
Fans react to the cute Christmas card
One fan commented under their Instagram post,
”Such a beautiful family! It’s wonderful that the most famous family in the world shares these moments with us. I wish them health and happiness in the new year and a wonderful Christmas holiday!”
Another wrote,
”That’s a gorgeous photo of the beautiful Wales family. I love the big smiles on their faces and arms wrapped around each other so affectionately. Memories they’ll forever cherish. Wishing them a wonderful Christmas and New Year.”
A third adored the family, writing,
”Loving family comfortable and happy with each other with a simple message for a Happy Christmas and New Year. The way it should be. Others could take a lesson from them. But they won’t. Happy Christmas to them all.”
Prince Harry and Meghan’s Christmas card
The Waleses’ card comes just a few days after Harry and Meghan (Duke and Duchess of Sussex) shared their holiday card.
On Monday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex shared some sweet Christmas greetings with their followers and fans while giving them a rare glimpse into their two children.
The six-photo digital card included one of Prince Archie, age 5, and Princess Lilibet, age 3.
In the picture, Lilibet runs towards her father, who is kneeling with open arms ready to hug her, while Archie runs into Markle’s open arms, flanked by their three dogs.
“On behalf of the office of Prince Harry & Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Archewell Productions and Archewell Foundation, we wish you a very happy holiday season and a joyful new year,” their message read.
A rare glimpse of Princess Lilibet and Prince Archie
There was a digital card that included six pictures, one of Prince Archie, age five, and Princess Lilibet, age three.
The whole family came together to enjoy this blissful moment, with their little backs turned to the camera as they enjoyed being outdoors with the two kids.
In the scene, Lilibet was seen running towards Dad, wearing a floral dress and knee-high white socks, as he knelt on the ground spreading his arms for a hug.
Her hair fell loose to just below her shoulder blades, having a fiery indigo tinge.
On Archie’s part, he approached the open arms of Markle in a green sweater and jeans, with the trio of dogs surrounding him.
Three pictures were also included on the card, showing 40-year-old Harry with the 43-year-old “Suits” alum enjoying some smiles during their outings, including one from a trip to Colombia.
There was also one separate picture for each. Actually, Markle was pictured hugging a small girl at some charity, while his husband was holding a sick person in the ward.
This collage became festive at a time when the couple was in the news for making more appearances without each other.
Prince Harry shut down divorce rumors
It was earlier this month that Harry was compelled to shoot down divorce speculation, jesting that he and the former actress have “allegedly . . . bought or moved house 10, 12 times . . . [and] divorced maybe 10, 12 times as well.”
According to the former military pilot, the public display of their relationship is “not good.”
The couple tied the knot in May 2018 and resides in Montecito, California, with two children: Archie born in 2019 and Lilibet born in 2021.
