Rihanna and ASAP Rocky‘s second baby’s rare name was made official just a month after the songstress gave birth.

The Rude Boy hitmaker, 35, and the rapper, 34, have named their second son Riot Rose Mayers, according to The Blast.

It follows the tradition of the couple choosing the letter R after they named their first child, born in May 2022, RZA Athelston Mayers.

The new baby’s birth certificate shows that Rihanna gave birth on August 1, 2023, at Cedar Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles at 7:41 a.m.

For her delivery, the 9-time Grammy winner opted for a go-to OB-GYN, Thais Aliabadi, who was previously featured on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Aliabadi is the one who helped deliver Al Pacino, 83, and his much younger girlfriend Noor Alfallah, 29, deliver their son Roman.

In February, Rihanna’s father, Ronald Fenty revealed that the doting parents have been working hard on choosing a few names for their new member.

However, the famous dad refused to tell his grandson’s moniker at the time, joking, “She’ll have my head if I tell you!”

Riri kept her pregnancy a secret until her very first performance at the Super Bowl 2023 halftime show in February.
