Redmond is also a theater actress, having participated in productions such as The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie in 2003, and a member of the Royal Shakespeare Company, where she played Maria in Twelfth Night in 2007.

Moreover, in 2004, she played twin sisters Carol and Helen in the BBC television series Sea of Souls. Redmond performed in the “Gingers for Justice” segment on The Catherine Tate Show twice: once in 2005 and again in 2006.

In November 2014, Redmond performed alongside Alun Armstrong and William Gaunt in a performance of Eugène Ionesco’s Exit the King at Bath’s Ustinov Studio.

In addition, she appeared in the ITV series Grantchester in January 2020 as the Principal of Newnham College, Cambridge. Redmond joined the Two Doors Down cast in November 2022 as Colin’s new partner, Anne Marie. She played Grey in the BBC sitcom Rain Dogs, which premiered in 2023.
