Tom Sandoval is seemingly off the market!

Tom Sandoval seems to have found a new love partner. The Vanderpump Rules star, 41, recently sparked dating rumors with model Victoria Lee Robinson.

On Wednesday, January 31, Sandoval shared an Instagram story of himself dancing with a group of women, including Robinson, and tagged her account.

At one point, Sandoval moved over to Robinson’s couch and put her arms around his neck, which drew the viewers’ interest. Similarly, he planted a sweet kiss on his cheek.

The model, 31, also uploaded a pic of the twosome cuddling on her respective Instagram handle, which Sandoval reposted the image onto his Instagram Story page.

Further, neither Sandoval nor Robinson have yet commented on their relationship status.

Tom Sandoval is legally disputing with Ariana Madix to mandate the sale of their joined property

Tom and his ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix have a joint property, which they bought in 2019 for $2 million in L.A.

Following their 2023 publicized breakup, Madix filed a lawsuit in hopes of selling the property in a Los Angeles County court on Thursday, January 4.

The reality TV personality, 38, claims in court filings obtained by Us Weekly that there is “discord” between her and Sandoval.

According to the filing, the tension she claims is “continuing to have a negative effect on the ownership” of the house and is interfering with Madix’s “enjoyment of her interest” in the property.

The Vanderpump Rules actress is requesting that the property be “partitioned by sale”. As a result, Sandoval would order to sell and divide the proceeds.

According to the complaint, Madix requests “an equitable allocation of the proceeds of the sale,” which includes “payment of the costs of partitions and the debt secured by same.”

Further, she made it clear in her request that she opposes “a division in kind.” Meanwhile, Madix and Sandoval would let keep their property ownership while one of them sells their stake.

She stated that a division in kind “cannot legally be accomplished under the facts and circumstances presented in this action.”
