Who is Wheein?

Wheein is a young and well-known South Korean singer best known as the vocalist of the girl group Mamamoo. She was previously handled by the RBW, but she is currently managed and has signed an exclusive contract with Ravi’s label, The L1ve.

Wheein is well recognized for her roles in Record of Youth (2020), Hospital Playlist (2020), and Wheein: Goodbye (2019). She has lately appeared in D-Day, BYE, and The Only One Has to Forget.

Jung Whee-in, also known as Wheein, was born on April 17, 1995, and is now 28 years old. Wheein was born in Jeonju, North Jeolla, South Korea, under the sign of Aries. She is Korean in nationality and Asian in ethnicity.

She opted not to extend her exclusive contract with RBW that year, instead signing a pact with the firm that allows her to advertise with Mamamoo for at least another two years. She agreed to an exclusive deal with Ravi’s label, The L1ve. Wheein released her second EP, Whee, in 2022, her first under The L1ve.
