The singer and songwriter surprised fans on Instagram on Monday when she posted some new snaps of herself with new diamond grills on her teeth. She proudly showed off the new accessory which did not go too well with her followers.

The first picture shows the Ocean Eyes singer, 21, grinning at the camera as her teeth shone in a dark car which she captioned “This ain’t that.” Another closeup picture revealed her blingy diamond-studded front tooth and another silver-capped chomper.

That was not it for the singer. She also shared a top view of her head that showed off her new red hair. Another old photo showed her rocking silver hair and a pair of crystal-studded glasses.

Many of her followers were not happy with the young musician’s new accessory with one writing,

“Wtf she did it with her teeth”

A third follower wrote,

A fourth user wrote,

However, there were some who defended the Happier Than Ever songstress with one commenting,

Despite all the backlash, Eilish is not the first famous name to sport diamond accents on her teeth. Stars like Kim Kardashian, Madonna, Justin Bieber, Drake, and Madonna have often flashed their tooth jewelry.

The Grammy winner’s tooth transformation is not the only transformation she had made recently. She shocked fans by going blond for the “What Was I Made For?” video on the “Barbie” soundtrack. She also recalled her black-and-red style at Lollapalooza earlier this month.

In the Barbie music video, Eilish sported a vintage Barbie hairstyle and platinum blond locks which she shared on her Instagram with a caption,
