From Boob Job to Birkins, What’s Inside Julia Fox and Kanye West’s Short-Lived Whirlwind Romance?!

How Julia Fox and Kanye West’s romance started
Julia Fox is opening up about her not-so-healthy past relationship with Kanye West in her new memoir Down the Drain.
The memoir which will be out on Tuesday, details the actress’s disturbing relationship with West which lasted less than two months in early 2022. However, she states that the romance was a whirlwind of control that she calls a “sick, twisted game” for the rapper.
The Uncut Gems star, 33, refers to the controversial rapper only as ‘‘the artist” and said that the two met when a friend asked her he could give her number to a “famous artist who’s been asking about me.”
Soon after that, a text and dozens of phone calls arrived.
At the time, Fox had recently gone through a tough split with her ex-husband, pilot Peter Artemiev with whom she shares a 2-year-old son named Valentino.
In the book, Fox writes that she and the rapper chatted for hours but it was mostly one-sided as the latter dominated the conversation and the actress also listened to him.
She would “occasionally chime in. When he does listen to me, he loves my ideas and thinks I’m really smart.”
After that, West, 46, invited Julia to spend New Year’s Eve in Miami. She initially declined the offer but he chartered a private plane for her and her girlfriends.
They finally met in person at a club. Without saying anything, they hugged and the Grammy winner held her tight, “his hands scanning the folds of my body,” as she kissed his neck.
She recalls,
“I know this is the beginning of something truly special,”
They tried to talk but the music was pounding so the Bound 2 performer led Fox out to a parking lot.
She writes in the book,
“The artist starts peeing on the wall and I quickly jump in front of him,”
Fox then yelled at bystanders, “‘You better not take any pictures!”
Fox further writes,
“Once he zips his pants back up, he puts his arms around me and pulls me in close, kissing me passionately,”
They Ye took her to a party at a ‘‘famous rapper’s house on Star Island” where she started dancing. The next day, West asked Fox to be his girlfriend. At the same time, a pap snapped “candid photos of us mid-sentence.”
The Love Lockdown rapper asked her, “How do you feel about taking our relationship public?”

Ye offered Fox a boob job
In the memoir, one shocking incident happened when West offered Fox a boob job.
While the two were at the rapper’s hotel suite in New York, the actress tried on a slinky top that she felt didn’t fit right without a bra.
West told her right away, “I’ll get you a boob job if you want.”
Days after, West attended Fox’s birthday party at the East Village bistro Lucien with five Hermes boxes for his girlfriend and her crew.
Fox writes,
“My friends are ecstatic, but I can’t shake off the feeling that this is more of a farewell gesture than a birthday present,”
Julia felt uneasy when West made the whole group re-create the reveal moment several times for a photographer.
She writes,
“We do as we’re told and awkwardly throw our arms up and scream for joy as he stands off in the background, looking on with pride,”
“As we pose like puppets, I question his true intentions, feeling that this grand gesture is nothing more than a publicity stunt.”
The show ended badly as West ignored Julia at a club. The next morning she told him she wanted to break up.
