McQueen also starred in the 1993 movie New York Cop alongside Mira Sorvino and in the action movies Red Line as Jim and Death Ring.

Racing Career

The Sports Car Club of America was where he began his professional racing career (SCCA). McQueen has participated in a variety of racing events, including the Baja 1000 and motocross.

In order to compete at Goodwood in 2004, he teamed up with Belgian racing great Jacky Ickx and his daughter Vanina, driving three Porsche 959s that had been repaired by Porsche Motorsports.

He qualified for the SCCA Runoffs in 2004 as well and won several events. He placed fourth while competing for Westernesse Racing.

Chad suffered several rib fractures, a broken lower left leg, and two vertebral fractures in January 2006 during practice for the 24 Hours of Daytona Sports Car race at the Daytona International Speedway.

McQueen now declares that he is done driving. During the 2007 Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona, he made a trip back to Daytona to express his gratitude to the race workers and medics, who he claims saved his life. He later declared his desire to run his own team.

When he went back to Daytona International Speedway in November 2007, he drove the 1975 Brumos Ecurie Escargot RSR in the exhibits held during the Porsche Rennsport Reunion III.[Reference required]

He founded McQueen Racing, LLC in January 2010 with the goal of developing high-performance, limited-edition custom automobiles, motorcycles, and accessories in collaboration with top figures in the motorbike and custom car sectors.
