Ryan Shepard, 40, has died in a road accident
Ryan Shepard, who was widely known as Eminem‘s former stunt double, is no longer alive among us! He was just 40.
According to the Kennewick Police Department, Ryan died on the 31st of January after being hit by a pickup truck while attempting to cross Olympia Street in Kennewick, Washington state.
The fatal incident took place in the morning, shortly after 2:45 am. The 50-year-old rapper’s doppelganger was pronounced dead soon after being rushed to a local hospital.
The truck driver, on the other hand, was not injured and remained at the scene following the incident and was not impaired.
Well, the incident remains under investigation by the Kennewick Police Traffic sector.
Ryan is survived by his brother, Kyle, and two daughters, aged seven and eleven.

This is the second disastrous crash near the area of Shepard’s death in the last four years, as per the Tri-City Herald. The last time, the accident happened was in the year 2019 after a station wagon hit an 82-year-old pedestrian in what police believed to be caused by darkness and rain.
A funeral service was held for Ryan on February 4.
Moreover, Eminem hasn’t yet commented on the death of his doppelganger, Ryan Shepard.
What was Ryan Shepard best known for?
Ryan Shepard was best known as the celebrity doppelganger. His facial structure somehow matched the famous rapper, Eminem. He also worked for the rapper’s multiple productions back in the early aughts.
Shepard came into the limelight of the media after he served as Eminem’s body double at the MTV Movie Awards where he starred as the Without Me rapper’s superhero character Rap Boy, which saw him suspending in the air.
After that, he made several appearances on tour and in music videos. He appeared in D12’s music video for “Purple Hills”. Similarly, he worked as a stunt double on the North American, European, and Japanese legs of Eminem’s Anger Management Tour.
Besides, he pursued a career in engineering, according to his LinkedIn.
The doppelganger worked as a test automation engineer for SpaceX. Prior to that, he served as both a ride and show engineer for years in Walt Disney Imagineering.
Further, his resume also included stints at animatronics companies Romaire Studios and Garner Holt Productions and more.
