Erica Vazquez-Bacardi and Joey Depriest-Capparelli are officially married
Erica Vazquez-Bacardi, the daughter of Rum Heiress Hilda Bacardi, is now a married woman.
She is married to her fiance Joey Depriest-Capparelli in a lavish wedding ceremony on Saturday, March 4 at the Four Seasons Resort at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
Hilda, the bride’s mom who is from the 5th generation of the Bacardi rum spirits family, hosted a lavish $4 million three-day wedding ceremony.
The ceremony was designed and planned by celebrity wedding planner David Tutera and other 20 designers including hybrid delphiniums, French tulips, and garden roses plus dark, glossy gardenia foliage .for an enchanted blend of woodland and formal floral.

They transformed the resort’s Palm Ballroom into a ‘whimsical, magical and beautiful forest’. The decoration featured woodland mosses with six to 150-feet-tall trees including oak, maple, silver tip fir, and olive.
Tutera also officiated gushing during the ceremony,
“It is an honor and a sweet and special experience to be part of, I am more than happy to take on this esteemed role.”
They cut an opulent 8-tier cake with vanilla and chocolate flavor including a Bacardi 8 creme Anglais, and D’usse and caramel sauces. The wedding cake was made by pastry chef Rabii Saber.
Erica walked down the aisle on a winding custom-made path. For guests, they passed through a set of iron gates into the cocktail reception following the nuptials.
Similarly, the reception took place in the grand ballroom which was decorated with trees illuminated with speckled lighting.
Wedding attires
Erica opted for a white mermaid sleeveless Galia Lahav gown for her big day, which has a general price range of between $6,000 and $16,000. The dress is completed with a long veil.
She kept her blonde hair down. Joey, on the other hand, looked dapper in a blue tuxedo with a black bow tie underneath a white shirt.
